Faulty, misdescribed or unsuitable goods
Please contact us promptly with your proof of purchase if an item is faulty, not as described or does not do what it should. Depending on the circumstances and the time since purchase, you may be entitled to a refund, repair, replacement or price reduction.
Sale-price and second-hand goods have the same statutory protections, taking account of the condition and faults clearly disclosed before purchase. A shop warranty is additional to, and does not replace, those rights.
Change of mind for in-store purchases
There is generally no automatic legal right to return an item bought in person simply because you changed your mind. Please contact us anyway; any goodwill exchange or credit will depend on the item's condition, proof of purchase and our policy at that time.
Distance sales
If a binding sale is completed online, by telephone or another distance method, you will normally have 14 days after receiving the goods to tell us you wish to cancel, followed by another 14 days to return them. Exceptions can apply, including to certain sealed goods once opened or personalised items.
We will explain return arrangements and any lawful return cost before the distance sale is completed. Refunds are normally made within 14 days after we receive the goods back, using the original payment method.
Repair services
If you ask us to begin a repair during a distance-service cancellation period, we may ask for your express agreement and may charge a proportionate amount for work completed before a valid cancellation. Cancellation rights can end once a service has been fully performed with the required agreement and acknowledgement.
If a repair does not meet the agreed standard, contact us promptly so we can inspect it and offer the remedy required by law.
How to request a return or cancellation
Contact us with your name, order or receipt details, the item or service, the reason for contacting us and the outcome you would prefer. We may ask you to bring the item to the shop or provide photographs so we can assess the next step.
